One Unified RFQ Process

Configure the space, arrange the floor plan, preview the interior, then submit one complete RFQ.

Build your requirement visually, or skip the configurator and send a direct contact request if you already know what you need.

Interactive floor planner + RFQ

Build your requirement from product choice to a movable floor plan.

Select the modular solution, define size and application, choose finishes and optional features, plan delivery, arrange the selected components on a floor plan, watch an architectural 3D interior fly-through, then submit.

Step 1 of 6

01

Choose your modular solution

Select the closest starting point. The floor-plan footprint and interior preview will adapt to this selection.

02

Define size and intended use

Give the model and RFQ enough context to reflect the scale and application.

03

Select finishes and optional features

These choices feed the RFQ and the visual planner. Selected fit-out components will appear in Step 5 where you can move, rotate and duplicate them to create your preferred arrangement.

Actual 3D-style objects will appear in Step 5.Each selected component becomes a recognizable movable object in the floor plan. Windows are constrained to the side walls, while the other objects can be positioned and rotated by the initiator. Use +/− controls there to set quantities.
04

Plan cabin transportation and installation

Transportation refers specifically to moving the selected cabin or modular unit from its origin to the project destination.

05

Arrange your floor plan and watch the real-time 3D fly-through

Your Step 3 selections are now represented as recognizable 3D-style objects. Drag them into position, rotate applicable objects and add extra instances. Side windows snap to the cabin walls, and the WebGL fly-through rebuilds from the same arrangement using true GLB fit-out objects.

Real-time architectural 3D fly-throughThis real-time WebGL fly-through uses the Pre-Fabricated Home as the standard 3D structure for Section 5, irrespective of the modular solution selected in Step 1. It loads your fit-out components as GLB objects, applies your finishes and follows the floor-plan arrangement. The camera now begins with a slower landscaped exterior reveal, orbits toward the entrance, crosses the threshold, completes a smooth interior sweep and then returns toward the entrance.

Submit your RFQ

Your configuration and floor-plan arrangement are already attached. When you submit, the system also records the 3D fly-through for inclusion with the RFQ email. Add your contact details and submit the complete request directly to OATANDBELLA.
